All written quotes and detailed proposals will be prepared during this time. We will also spend time sourcing finishing selections at showrooms. This phase exists to turn your ideas into orders and plans.
3. Purchasing + Execution Phase
The timeline for the final phases depends on the project’s scope and construction schedule. Your designer will be responsible for placing all orders, tracking deliveries, resolving deficiencies, and communicating with all vendors and trade partners. Three site visits will be made as needed during this time: after framing, after electrical rough-ins, and after cabinetry installation.
